United Kingdom & European Franchise Agreement

This document is written to conform to the European Franchise Federation Code of Ethical Conduct. The Code of Ethical Conduct does not form a part of any Franchise Agreement unless it is stated, as such in the Franchise Agreement. This Franchise Agreement meets, or exceeds the Code of Ethical Conduct. According to the Treaty of Rome for the purposes of Article 3.4 of the European Code of Ethics it is allowed to impose non-competition, and nondisclosure clauses. Canada Franchise Document

As franchising continues to expand into Canada we have made available Franchise Documents to comply with disclosure compliance requirements in
Canada, including Alberta and Ontario. This Franchise Disclosure Document does not have to be registered with a regulatory body, but meets all contractual agreements for selling franchises. However, it has special Exhibits to meet both federal and provincial law requirements.


Australia Franchise Agreement
Our Australian Franchise Document complies with the latest Nov. 2009 Franchising Code requirements.
Under the code, franchisors and master must allow the franchisee to terminate a franchise agreement within 7 days after entering the agreement, or paying any non-refundable money, whichever is earlier. If the franchisee chooses to exercise their cooling-off rights, they must be given a refund minus any reasonable expenses incurred by the franchisor within 14 days. Our Franchise Document is written to comply with this new Code requirement.
Franchising Code of Australia
Our Franchise Agreement sets out a dispute handling procedure that complies with the code. Our Franchise Agreement is written to allow the required use of a Mediation Adviser to provide for resolving disputes using a resolution procedure set out in the code.


New Zealand
Our New Zealand Franchise Documents are written to incorporate a wide range of generic business,
intellectual property, consumer protection, and contract law. Franchising in New Zealand is through voluntary self-regulation, and no
registration of the Franchise Offering is required.

International Franchising Agreement (English Only)

Now is the time for franchising worldwide! Governments such as that in Singapore, and Malaysian generously support franchising with grants, to companies wanting to expand their business via franchising into these countries. Be careful, although this Franchise Agreement will be more than sufficient some countries have unusual laws. India for example, prohibits foreign ownership, or even control of retail establishments.
English is the principal world language, and is widely spoken. Most educated business people speak English throughout the world. If your country's vernacular, isn't English this Franchise Agreement should be rewritten in your country's common vernacular.
